Spartanburg Marriott Hotel

Masonry wall before and after.
This unsightly run off was hand-scrubbed to remove years of build-up.

Soft Washing the Exterior. Notice the two hoses on either side of the basket anchoring the basket from spinning.
Notice also, the pressure washer hose and wand used to RINSE. Red Clay Daubers' nests were not scrubbed or dwelt on for removal - per hotel management request to keep the crane time to a minimum.
This sidewalk was treated, pressure washed and finally, had an oxalic acid application for rust on another day.

Pavers were cleaned using a low pressure chemical application - no pressure washer was used.

Sandstone before and after. Came out AWESOME considering the damage and deterioration present from years of neglect!

Garage:
Oil Before
Oil After
Cobwebs within one foot of the ceiling were removed using a web brush due to management request NOT to wash within one foot of the sprayed-on insulation ceiling.
Walls were completely rinsed.
Four of the seven drains upstairs were broken prior to cleaning and we found lots of interesting stuff clogging them, including but not limited to beer bottles! We cleaned out these drains but did not rinse waste water into storm drains.

An after shot
